Planning a destination wedding should feel exciting — not overwhelming. I’ve built a process that gives you a clear path forward from the very first conversation, so you always know what’s happening, what’s next, and what I’m handling on your behalf. Every couple is welcome here. I plan celebrations for couples of all identities — with the same care, intention, and genuine advocacy from the first call to the last toast.
1. Wedding Vision Call
We start with a conversation — not a sales pitch. I want to understand your love story, your vision for the day, your guest count, your budget, your preferred destinations, and the details that matter most to you. This is where we figure out what kind of celebration truly fits who you are.
2. Destination & Resort Matchmaking
Based on everything you’ve shared, I help you narrow down the best destination and resort options across the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe, and beyond. I take into account your ceremony style, guest experience, inclusivity needs, budget, and overall vibe — so every recommendation is intentional, not generic.
3. Wedding Package & Room Block Guidance
Once we’ve identified the right resort, I walk you through the wedding packages, group room block options, deposit requirements, contract terms, and deadlines — in plain language. You’ll understand exactly what you’re committing to before you sign anything.
4. Guest Travel Coordination
Your guests are part of this experience too. Once your wedding is confirmed, I help manage guest communication, booking instructions, room categories, payment deadlines, and travel updates — so you’re not fielding 40 questions from family members the week before your wedding.
5. Final Details & Travel Support
As your celebration gets closer, I’m still right here. I assist with final travel documents, guest reminders, any last-minute logistics, and coordination support so you can walk into your wedding week focused on what matters — not chasing down details.
